    New old guy looking for advice.

    I like what I read here, older guys like me (50) who dont jump on the bandwagon, but prefer experienced opinions. So here is my situation. Been hitting the gym 4 days a week for the last 2 years.Started on test about 3 months ago and it definitely helped my strength,definition and appearance. I am 6'1" 212# with 17" arms and a 47" chest,cold measurements, not bad but i want a bit more size and am going to start training my weak ass legs to catch up with the upper body. Im wondering what might be an effective addition to the test I am currently using. HGH seems logical to me,what about the PGH in pill form is it a viable alternative? Any one here on test/hgh or test/pgh? Thanks!

    Thanx for stopping in..Now 1st if its been 3 months are abt to be finished??
    And at age 50 the goals are more size right??..I cant comment on hgh cuz I nvered used but easy size would be deca for a 2nd time user..I'm sure you know all about pct which is what you should be hitting real soon..But to answer the quest deca would give that 'little more of what you rlooking for.. Or should I say deca is 1 of the things to give you more of what your looking for..Stay tuned for more informative replys..

    Thanks for the reply. I have to admit my PCT knowledge is limited.Redid the math and I have been on my test cycle for 8 weeks. Wanting to sup with HGH because of the lean muscle it provides and I have a readily available supply from a buddy. Does Deca add lean muscle and is there any bloating or other undesirable side effects? Is the Deca shown at the top of this page the real deal or does a guy need to look around more? Thanks.

    I'm 49, In the past I've runTest E, Deca and hgh. The hgh is only for antiaging and fat loss.....
    Deca/Test at our age is a very good combo, for size, strength and joint relief. Yes there is bloating........take dex to counteract.

    At 8 weeks you really should be thinking of winding down in a month and doing PCT.
    This should be considered for you next go round.

    YES !!! I fully agree with both comments from 2bshredded and mrphat ass.
    eight weeks is long enough and you need to be thinking about pct at this time. If you dont have it in place you are in trouble. IMO do not go longer than 12 weeks. Then do 2 or three weeks of pct. wait another six months before you do another cycle. Only next time have all your knowledge and pct in place. I personally would suggest adding Tren ace to your next cycle. Tren and deca are both from the same group but tren will not cause as much bloat as long as your diet is right both will do you well. Stay away from sodium too.
    we need to know what test you are running to help with your pct. I have never run hgh myself so I cannot help you there. good luck

    Thanks for the input Guys, looks like im going to get an education here. I know next to nothing about pct, after searching and reading here I am still confused. Can someone break it down it laymans terms for me? Thanks.

    Basically in laymans terems, once you do a cycle and add artificial hormones/steroids in your body it shuts down the naturally occuring production.
    You need to get that production started back up, hence the PosT Cycle Therapy .

    Itryed to cut and paste the thred but could not.....go to the PCT section and there is a thread t the top by Pinnacle, plus there is a lot more there.

    Well I agree with about everything but! Im 47 and I dont do pct just hrt doses between cycles.I also really like eq for putting on quality muscle,with test and low dose deca for joint pain.Just a thought it works for me.
