at 5'11" and 145lbs, your diet is the problem. you should be able to exceed 200lbs naturally without much problem.
what is your daily diet, in detail?

I am constantly on the run at work my breakfast is weigh protein 8oz 2 pouches of oatmeal 250ml of 2% milk and a banana 10am I have another protein drink 8oz glass with 2% milk ; lunch 11:30 chicken breast with potatoes usually pasta salad with it sometimes I have spaghetti left overs from dinner the night before but it is a heavy meal regardless mostly these two things 1pm break I have another protein shake 100% gold standard 3pm peanut butter sandwich on brown bread half an hour later I have a creatine Monohydrate drink with a teaspoon of glutamine mixed in, I head down to the gym for my work out then after my workout I imediately have another protein shake for dinner 6pm usually steak potatoes vegetables or pasta 9pm I will have a bowl of ice-cream cereal there really isn;t much of a night snack and just before bed 11pm I have another protein shake keep in mind I just started eating like this a month ago for any other time when I eat like this it just goes right through me so to speak it seems the more I eat the faster it comes off this is why I was asking about the anadrol or dbol thought it would have been a good kick start I am eager to hear what you have to recommend or help in this manner ....arttie

Way too many shakes and NOT enough WHOLE food !!!
We have some Great diet guys here. If you start a thread in the diet section, they will be happy to help get you on the right path.
DIET is 89% of this with or without steroids !! FOOD is the building blocks and if you are not taking in the right kind at the right times, it won't matter how much steroids you take , you won't make gains. or the gains you do make will be GONE as soon as you are done
as BIG said, at your height you SHOULD be able to get to and maintain at least 200-210 before ever needing steroids....the key is eating to MAINTAIN what gains you make
muscles require lots of FUEL to keep them going !!! without it, they are like plants without water....they will whither and die
