Best steriods for somebody with normal diet?????
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to know if there are any good steriods for people who have a normal food diet , meaning somebody who cant eat like 5 small meals a day, as there have to work on the phones all day?
I know test e , you have to eat like a pig...Primobola maybe??
something that will put slow but good weight on...?
I train like 3 to 4 days ,im 41 , thanks

Are you asking if you need to be a gearhead or gymrat to be on hrt ?
Steroids where not developed for bodybuilding .
Several AAS compounds are prescribed for people with MS and or aids where they are losing weight . Burn patients where prescribed steroids to help retain water .
I believe eating well goes better with hrt that doctor prescibes . With a healthy life style working out will improve longevity also .
When weight becomes a issue you can eat better . With HRT you should have increased vigor to want best for your self .
Answering phones all day won't prevent you from having a lunch box with almonds , walnuts , dried fruit , oats , protein bar or shake , packet of tuna or salmon , kashi cereral and etc .
Normal to some isn't normal to others .

I am sure if you posted in the diet forum all your info ie when you get up, how you get to work, when you start work ,what time you have a break( if you can get up and go for a piss you can cram down a meal even if its a shake with porridge in ) they will give you some great tips.
Lets say
Meal 1 Breakfast
Meal 2 just before you start work. If this is not long after breakfast then get up a bit earlier!!
Meal 3 worst case is Lunch ( you must have a lunch break!!)
Meal 4 worst case is as you leave work
Meal 5 evening meal
Meal 6 bed time meal
On training days pwo shake .
Not perfect but not to difficult.
You have to be inventive as diet is so so important. I take all my food for the day with me all made in the morning (I just get up earlier and it doesnt take long to microwave rice , add cooked chicken from packets etc)
I have a black professional very smart large briefcase that takes inside a soft cooler that i have adapted which holds room for all my food and drink for the day . It goes with me everywhere. People just think i have a lot of paperwork in there. I have even eaten in the loo!!! (Grose i know but what the heck)
Be inventive your gains will show form it!!

there are no steroids you can take to get big instead of eating right, or else evryone would eat like shit and be huge.

Googs, I’ve been here less than a year and probably read 100s of similar question as yours, including me, yes I asked the same question. there is too much to repeat what I have leaned, the best thing to do is read the stickys, especially in the diet section. good luck bro.

check out the hrt forum....we're all on low doses of test year round forever and lovin it...have a doctor check your bloodwork...wuts your stats...would suck to be sittin all day
