    Question 31 year old hardgainer thinking of sustanol

    Hi guys,
    I've been working out hard and learning for about 5 years or so now, fairly consistently. With a 2 day split routine 4 days a week which I vary roughly every 10 weeks which features mostly dumbell compound exercises and a smidgen of cardio.
    I eat 4-6 meals a day and follow a diet high in quality <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a></a></a></a></a>s and carbs.     I gotta say I never thought I could be be totally huge, but I get disheartened at not having more to show for all the effort I put in:dissapoin . I'm naturally an ectomorph, but the older I get the harder it is to fight the soft tummy! I'm just shy of 6 feet tall and weigh around 160 pounds, give or take a little, first thing in the morning.
    I'm generally happy with my body shape and proportions and seem to slowly get stronger but without the corresponding bulk. I think I have my diet, rest and workouts nailed - especially with all the advice from this board, magazines, trainers etc and I cant think of anything more I can do to make gains.
    I was thinking of trying a 500 a week, 8 week cycle of sustanol. Do you think that will help my bust this barrier?

    do you mean sustanon bro?.............ive never heard of sustanol. im sure its the same thing, i just wonder who the maker is.
    if it is the same thing, then i can answer your question a little better.

    ahh,another skinny old guy-lol..i'm real similiar body type to u6'1''-170ish) & older by a decade or so....i'm also a newbie to the board & to AS's but i've been doing heavy research for a month or so at 3-4 good boards & learning a lot....
    as far as whether a "cycle" will help u get past a plateau with ur mass & strength i'd say not just yeah but hell yeah but the consensus of most will be plan thoroughly & make sure u have the other aspects(training,nutrition etc...)in order too...it seems like u've put plenty of thought into that...
    assuming u are talking about a test blend(sust)at 500 mg a week for 8 weeks u should easily get bigger & stronger than u've ever been by a long shot but most guys will probably reccomend stacking ur test w/something else for better & more solid/keepable gains at least thats the advice i got & have read over & over on different boards....
    after repeatedly seeing the same advice i listened & my 1st cycle will is going to be 8 weeks of test(i'm going w/a single esther instead of a blend)& fina/tren at 500mg a week & 75-150mg every other day respectivelly...there are a lot of 1st cycle options posted all over the place so keep loolking around & asking questions & use the search feature.....especially important is researching the ancilliaries(anti-estrogens etc...)that u'll need to have on hand for insurance during ur cycle & ESP. for post cycle therapy if u want to keep ur gains & avoid nasty side effects..

    Wow, I dont know what happened with all that wack HTML coding...but yeah I did mean Sustanon . But Sustanon 300 not Sustanon 250. I dont know what the difference is.

    the 300 is the same thing as 200 or 250, just more of it, and broken down differently between the 4 esters.

    go for it bro, but split the sust into 2 shots on 2 different days, say monday and thursday. have some nolva on hand just in case you need it.

    the 300mg sustanon is an i-p product.

    i have to tell you that it' one of the most painfull shit to inject (especially this sust from i-p).

    last time, my friend couldn't sit for 3 days.

    prefer enanthate or cyp, really less painful. if you don't inject sust at least 2 time/weeks, prefer other long half life test. you won't benefit from the short esters.
