    Everything has changed for the better

    Well i am 37 years old and got really tired of the way i looked.

    When i was 27 and that is not long ago i used to be very athletic, at a height of 5 feet 10 inches i used to weight 180 pounds, no abs just really slim. I used to do boxing, martial arts and weight training. And my diet was A-1

    Well i injured my back and all went to hell after that, started eating shit all the time, and could not train like i wanted (well still working on this part).

    I just bought myself a sick supplement called SlimXtreme from anabolic xtreme, sucks because the just stop marketing it last week.

    This supplement is amazing one pill energy 12-14 hours, cuts appetit like nothing before.

    I have gone from 218 pounds to 210 pounds i about a week, which is quit normal when you go on a diet, and i plan to get back to 180.

    Lower my bf% which is around 22%, a 12% range would be great.

    Which me luck because this time is the right time.

    Diet is everything sucks but that's the way it is.

    Good luck. Those pills are just a temporary fix anyway. Diet and dedication is what it boils down to. Sounds like you're ready to make a change so get that diet in check and start some cardio and the lbs. will come off.

    100% right pills are just a quick fix, but in 90 days that with 1 pill a day i can control appetit and at some point in all that time the stomach will get smaller too, so less craving.

    I am glad that i have solved my biggest issue yet SUGAR.

    No more muffins in the moring now its a whey protein shake mixed with low carb soy milk.

    I snack on frozen fruits once a day, and i eat a lot better too.

    Dieting is very hard at first but after a few weeks the body adapts and it because easier, you sort of lose the craving for empty foods.
