    1st time want advice

    I've been reading here for awhile,but now need some advice.

    1st stats
    Age 42. Wt 190. Ht 5'9". Bf 8-9%

    Goals, looking for lean gains with no bloat and keeping BF in check

    Training, for over 10 years so not new to the gym. Train on a 6 day split and cardio 3x a week. 1 hit and 2 30 min sessions.

    Diet, cals at main levels cause like i said not looking to get overly big just a few LBS of lean gains.

    Past supps just some PH's

    Ok there a little summary heres whats been recommended to me.
    test prop 400mgs 1-12 weeks
    eg 400mgs 1-10 weeks
    arimidex .5mds a day
    And of course all the PCT supps

    What do you guys think? All advice welcomed thanks

    In my opinion Prop for 12 weeks is to long. Prop requires frequent injections, are you ready for that?
    I would try the prop for 6-8 weeks maybe EOD injects drop the eg and don't take armidex unless your body needs it.
    Have someone look at your training. I do not know how you can train that much at your age naturally. I couldn't I would be over training.

    I agree with glover. test prop needs to be injected every other day. Pinning gets old. I suggest test e. maybe some tbol.
    as far as your training I do about the same and Im 46.

    Test E @ 500 mgs wk. for 12 wks.

    Maybe d-bol @ 40 mgs ed for 4 wks.

    Have the adex on hand, and use if needed, also, letro on hand if needed.

    Run nolva @ 10 mgs ed.(it wont hinder gains at all).

    Have all your PCT compounds on hand before you start.

    As far as your work out routine goes, if that works for you, then it's fine.

    I'm 44.

    I should really stick my head in here more often.

    Titanium is right but bb4life said he didnt want to get too big. Dbol will make his muscles expode. that stuff is potent. he will grow like crazy on dbol.

    I have read so much about D-Bol and how potent it is. My question is: Is this

    really a good choice for guys our age? This is a "for real" question as I

    haven't heard this discussed before.

    P.S. I do prop. eod. and it works for me!

    D-bol has a short 1/2 life . If they are to hard on the body you could stop and recover rather fast .
    In your forties it doesn't take much to let you know what too much is .
    Blood pressure seems to shoot up rather easy for me . Putting on alot of weight somewhat stresses the heart and gives a general feeling of not being well . Might have big muscles but you would be going to bed when the sun goes down .

    Then again 42 is one of the last good years IMO .

    Also if you haven't ran test like this before . Be prepared for a big increase in libido .
