Attachment 104061Here are a couple pics from when I decided to get back in shape. I've always gone to the gym regularly but would let the diet go and workout quality diminish so ...

Thought I would start hitting it hard again. The first is from 6/19 and the new and improved is from today. And I may have been getting some help from my elevated test levels...?

I have to ask what do you mean "I may have been getting some help from elevated test levels"
I have to ask because I can interpret that many ways

Thus a question? Did your elevated test levels help you loose the weight, or was it strictly your diet? The advise I have been listening to advises to get the BF down below 13% before using any aids? What was your starting BF?

    thanks

Test Cyp 750 NPP 400 wkly + AI. I am happy to report that I lived through doing everything wrong as far as the loosing the bodyfat first is concerned. I had serious h20 retention, heart palpatations, night sweats, BP went from 120/80 - 145-150/85 or something like that, winded easily ect. All the sides that are typical (as I have read) when someone has a high BF...mine was about 23% according to a recent caliper assessment by someone @ the gym fwiw. Honestly, I would not recomend anyone do what I did whose underlying health might not be as decent as they may be more suseptible to heart attack.

I also did change my diet. I had been in the process of closing a business for the last couple years and was on paxil....which really puts the weight on...(just google paxil + wieght gain if interested) once on the paxil I gained 50lbs and before that I was pretty ripped. Closing my business and being stressed I just surrendered to my inclinations and ate whatever...probably a little depression had set in as well. My point is that I was very familiar with my body, had been in the gym for years, and didn't just wake up fat out of shape guy and decided to start a cycle. I did wake up a fat out of shape guy that was familiar with my body and the gym and decided to start a cycle however...duh.

So thats basically my story guys....fwiw which ain't a lot. The most important take away is that if someone doesn't have a basicially healthy system/heart/and so forth I honestly believe doing what I did might cause a heart attack. It wasn't the most intelligent thing I've ever done...but you should see me now...lol.

    ez
