Newbie needing advice for cylce
First time ever posted on this type of forum. I am 48 years old and have been working out steady for the past 8 years. I am 5'10 184 lbs with about 20% BF. I am a very hard gainer and have been off and on different tribulus supplements for the past year. I eat a healthy diet and about 4-5 meals a day.
I am interested in a cycle that will help me accomplish two things... first gain lean muscle mass, and two lose fat. I dont want to retain much water, no side effects (if possible), and I want it to stick once it ends. I have been doing a lot of research the last couple of weeks and have been getting a lot of mix messagages.
I guess I am posting to get some ideas as to what can help me achieve my goals. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

At your age, you should go get your test levels checked.
You might qualify for TRT (testosterone replacement therapy).

thanks for the quick reply but I was told the doctor would probably give me a patch or a low dosage of test. I am a newbie but IMO that wouldnt be enough to ascertain my goals. Any other suggestions.

I'm 50 and I've done 3 cycles of AAS and been on HGH for the last two years. Normally, the first AAS cycle is a long ester testosterone like Test E, 500mg/wk/12 weeks, PCT with Clomid and Nolvadex . Keep it simple and keep your diet clean. There are some really good diets posted there. I got acne on my first cycle but no other side effects. If you're concerned about side effects you might want to try Test Prop. It's a short ester and works much faster. If you start to get acne you can just stop and the sides will go away much faster. Same dosage but about 8 to 10 week cycle.

thanks for the reply... I am leaning towards Test E 400mg/wk 2x every 3.5 days for 12 wks. My PCT is going to be CLomid and Nolvadex . I am considering stacking the Test E with either Dbol , EQ, or Deca Durabolin . I am seaking to add about 15lbs of lean mass without the water retention any recomendations with these three or possibly something else.
I have read some things about Tbol which is simular to Dbol without the water retention and a bit slower with gains... any advice on that as well.

Hey , very interested in your thread for I am looking to accomplish the same thing. Just curious , did the tribulus do any thing for you. Any feedback would help me out. Was deciding if I should give it a shot before running a cycle.

keeping all things in perspective tribulus is a natural test booster, it does help increase strength a little. Increased max lift about 5lbs. Not much increase in mass and not much water retention.

I wouldn't discount the above advice. I'm with Kaiser, and they typically are very reluctant to put someone on TRT. With some effort on my part, I made it, and was Rx 200mg cyp eow. yes it is a low dose. But TRT is supposed to be a low dose. Once you have established your dose rate, then your endo is committed to providing you with blood tests as well. This is what you want. Now, if you want to blast, you are free to do so.
I wouldn't assume anything right at the moment. I'm glad I pushed hard, and got what I wanted.
