Newbie<<<<
Im looking forward to reading and learning all I can from any and or all of you as I am tired of battling weight, and am re-initializing my weight training that I left when I got married and had kids. My first question is: What is the time of day that the average person does his lift? not for any specific reason do I ask but I am a night owl and wonder how that would compare to other 's...Mothra

I believe natural testosteron levels are highest in the morning, but train whenever you feel you have the most energy and can get the best pump. I train at 6am, and then come back and do cardio at 7pm.

What kind of cardio routine do you follow? For me right now my biggest obstacle is finding the time to actually DO my lift...with kids its ROUGHH!!!! 3 kids under 12 LOL It should be an interesting adventure. IM GONNA DO IT!!
