    planning my next cycle

here are my stats. 48 years old and I have been in the gym the past 35 years. Boxing and weight lifting gym.
I have done 1 or 2 cycles a year for the past 15 years.

my goals are to lean up and not gain too much muscle. I do not want to get too big because it slows me down in the boxing gym. I need speed. I am getting older and trying to keep up with all the youg boxers.
I am currently 215lbs and 15% body fat. Im 5'9"

I want to start my cycle on May 1st so my bodyfat will be at 10 or 12% at that time. I know how to adjust my diet to get my body fat down so I know about that. I know how to diet to get my bodyfat down or up. I have done it the past 35 years boxing in three different weight divisions. i can drop weight or gain to get to a certain division. So please leave out all diet advice. Im just saying this because it would be my first advice to someone asking the same question.

Here are my thoughts. I want to make this cycle as long as possible. Im thinking 16 weeks or more.
I am going to run test cyponate for 16 weeks. I was thinking anavar for weeks 2 - 8.
the rest im up for suggestions. I will do the usual pct with nolva and clomid but I just might go ahead at that time decide to go with TRT but That subject will up for discussion at that time, not now.

Hey Kaju, I love the cypionate for 16 weeks and I have always been a fan of Anavar , my only problem with Anavar is that it is so expensive now adays. I ran t-bol recently and loved it. I actually liked it better than the Anavar. Anavar always seemed to mess with my joints in the 80's and I was afraid that at 47 (almost 48) that it would be worse. With the t-bol I had absolutely no bloating, nothing, just good hard gains. I did have some mild headaches the first few days but that was the only side effect. I only did 40 mgs a day for 8 weeks and gained about 12 lbs and kept about 9. My strength increased quite a bit as well. I'm doing a prop and eq cycle right now and am getting tired of the e3d pins and am really thinking about switching to the cypionate. I have always liked cyp. This cycle, I used the prop for the short ester because I hadn't cycled since the 80's and if I had an adverse reaction, I could count on it clearing my system pretty quickly. I've had no problems at all accept for the constant pinning. Would love to hear your thoughts as well.

Forgot to add that eq might be a good one with the cypionate for the long haul. Slow, steady gains and needs to be run for atleast 14 weeks anyhow...I always liked the hardness and strength gained from the eq. Prop is always a good one to start a cycle with too as it kicks in really quickly...nothing wrong with a kick start with 4 weeks of prop while you wait for the eq and cyp to take effect. (that is if you don't mind the eod or e3d pins)

Thanks for the reply year befor las t I done test e and eq. I liked it very well and I had no side effects I also liked not haveing to do the e3d pinning. I have never heard of anavar giving someone problems with the joints. I will take this under advisement. Last summer I ran sustanon and tbol. Tbol is probly my favorite oral. I have never ran anavar.
