Need some good advice
Hi i have a question maybe some one can help me out....i train like a fighter i run about 4 miles 4 to 4 times a week do sit ups, push up, pull up bar jump rope and stomach... i have just a pair of 40 LBS dumb bells..all im taking now is the whey shake but as of lately i feel zap no energy im eating only twice in the day i my eating to little?...my question is... is their a product ot their maybe one over the counter that works really good for stamina, strength and endurance..i have tried a few thing from GNC but got very little out of it...im 40 years old 5-11 170 LBS..what im looking for to be cut and tone...need to get my energy and strenght back...like i said i dont want to boddy build. im a runner.

you need to break your meals up into 5-6 smaller meals to keep your blood sugar balanced through out the day.. you are spiking your levels by eating only 2x a day

I agree with machines5150 you need to correct your eating habits. 5-6 meals every day. Eating two large meals a day is bogging down your system. I know it may seem strange but you will not gain weight by doing this. Your energy will increase and so will your metabolism and you will burn more fat and get a leaner look to your physique. Your running will go a lot better as well. Try that for about a month and I know you will see/feel the difference. Once your body balances out then the supplements will give you an edge rather than just being rushed through your system. Your entire system will be more efficient, guaranteed.

Not sure how you get by day eating 2 meals .
I would go as far to say body is cannibalizing itself to get fuel .
You can post in diet section and there's some guru's that help you dial in your needs .
You could definitely transform yourself with proper nutrition .

I would also advise you to break your meals in 6 small meals and be sure to follow proper diet plan.
As you have not posted your diet plan so it will be difficult for me to say anything but few effective tips for you:
Do add raw food in your diet chart,
Do have protein shakes,
Do have fish and chicken in your diet,
Drink plenty of water through out a day.
