Some Catching Up to Do
Hi ALL
I'm considering my very first cycle ...but first a little background.
I bought my first bench and set of weights when I was 16, which seems like forever ago now. I wasn't very athletic at school but the psychological boost and way training made my body feel was great, I bought all the body-building mag's and even managed to get a copy of Arnie's Total Rebuild on VHS.
At 18 I started having stomach cramps and 6 months down the line was diagnosed with Chrohn's Disease, a debilitating illness of the intestine, my weight fell from 11 stones to 6 1/2 within about 6 months.
I was prescribed anti inflammatory drugs and Prednisolone and after which years I started to make some progress, gradually I got better and have symptom free now for around 10 years.
I got back into training about 4 years ago, but my gains have been minimal, I'm now 41 and feel I have been robbed of my youth and my optimal years for making the most of myself. I'm now looking at steroids as a means of making up for some lost time....
Can anyone advise ?
Thanks in advance, Stevie

Glad to hear about your progress over the last 10 years. The gains are harder and harder as we get older(i'm 42). And as mentioned above, it would be very helpful if we knew your routine and diet. Thanks.

Thank for your replies guys...
Im currently on a 3 day split :
Monday - Military Press, Upright Rows,Side Laterals, Rear Laterals, Triceps Push downs, Close Grip Bench
Wednesday - Squats,Leg Press,Leg Curls,Leg Ext, Calf Press,Standing Calf Raise
Friday - Bench Press, Incline DB Press,Lat Pulls,Seated Rows,Barbell Curls, Incline Twist Curls
In doing 2 warm up sets followed by 3 working sets each exercise, training heavy as i can get to 12 reps, when I can do more I increase the weight ATM no cardio
Typical days eating: Breakfast 7.30 Porridge Oats plus 2 scrambled eggs /10.00 Protein shake /1pm Chicken or Tuna with Rice/ 3pm Protein Shake/ 5 pm Chicken sweet potato or Rice/ 9pm Protein shake. I normally train at about 9am so my shake at 10am is PWO. I also supplement with flax oil, a good multi and Glucosamine daily.
BTW Im a shortass at 5ft 6 inches, I currently weigh 160lbs, BF 21% ( im what a lot of people would refer to as skinny fat)
Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks again

Ok stevie,
Let's take this over to the diet section...
Head over there and post up what you have posted here... Currently you do not need AAS', we can work with you to get your diet dialed in with a decent training routine and cardio regime...
