Finding the right doctor
Hello folks. I been lurking around for a few months, trying to read up, but its all a different language to me.
I worked out heavy from my teens up to 30 years old. Only did some D-bol tabs back in the day. I was 175 lbs 5'10 and stopped everything after my children were born.
Now I've been working out 7 days a week for the last 10 months. some days just cardio, weights in between.
I'm slow to lose weight, even though I walk 2 miles every morning (weather permitting) in addition to the gym. I was sittling at
230lbs fat ass lbs at that.
After the 8 months, 197 still fat. I figured with the diet I was on, the amount of exercising I'm doing, i'd lose more than that.
Nothing but chicken, fish, turkey, salad and egg whites. for the most part.
I feel like shit. I just hit 45, Broke my toe in the gym, took off 8 weeks, and put on 40 lbs.
I need to get tested.
Sorry for the long post, but I see you guys like details.lol
I'm in the Staten Island area of NY. Please any info on a good doctor in the tri-state area, please let me know.

Mates,
I just now created a thread you can use to look for an HRT doctor by zipcode.
Good luck!
