New member looking for any advice given
So my story is pretty much like ever one else's i have read on here.. used to work out, my case got hurt, put on like 60kg, 10yrs on I'm all fixed so I'm back at the gym only to be hitting a wall and finding that things arnt what they used to be as far as results used to be.
So Ive been reading here, and reading, and reading and then Ive done some more reading..lol and still pretty much have no clue about what to do..
Ok well not totally true.. I'm going to the quack today and hit them up for HRT .. i prob doubt if they will give me any with out having 40 million tests but its worth i try i suppose ..
When i get back the sarvo ill let ya know how i went but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed all ready ..
Anyway i was hoping to run into some wise ppl in the know at the gym but i have only seen one guy so far that looked as if he would know what i want to know.. how ever the place was packed and walking up to the doude and saying hey bro " Teach Me How To Juice" didn't really seem logical..lol
anyway if anyone wants to chuck out any advice for a newbie then feel free..

Welcome to the thread... If you have out on a substantial amount of weight your diet right and try get the bf% down before asking anyone for gear...

Yeah I'm dieting and working hard ..
Ive dropped 15kg in the last couple of months ..
i just feel really old ..lol and the wall is very tall
Just don't seem to be showing the results i was hoping for.

Got a appointment to have a barrage of blood tests done .. owww goodie looking foward to that, NOT !!!

Patience. This is your lifestyle now. You have lots of company. Just relax and enjoy and stop measuring stuff. Ride and ride and ride that bike and read to get BF down. Little carb cutting too. Just work on getting the habit set. You will see improvement over time.

Yeah thats good advice jock.. hard to do thou not weighing and measuring when you are killing ya self to lose weight and gain mussel thou..

most insurance will not pay to put you on HRT just because your levels are not optimal.
I'd suggest concocting a "story" that will motivate them to help you.
For example, tell the quack that you have very low libido (desire for sex) and ED (can't finish once you start). Tell the quack it is becoming a big issue with your woman, that she doesn't understand this, and thinks maybe you are seeing other women, is why you are not touching her as you used to?
This is basically what I had to do to go on TRT.
Just a thought...

Yeah going to stick with Akins it definitely works i have dropped another KG so my gold of 150kg by Xmas is looking good or so far so good..lol ill jump in there and right a big ass thread about the diet and how it has worked for me and the little things i use to make it do what i want it to...
