great site just joined question on cycle
Hi from south africa just turned 40 been training for a couple of years now and love it
want to take stack of 1ml tren enath 200 plus boldenone unde 100 per ml once a week and 10mg stanozolol per day for 8 - 10 weeks
any one give advice on this stack will take tamoxifen 20mg per day pct dont want to be too big but want to grow gradually

Welcome....but your proposed cycle needs a lot of work. I would suggest a nice test cycle. Say, 500mgs per week for 12 weeks.

Thank you for the advice you say 500mgs per week is that in total do you increase the amounts each week or keep it at a constant for the 12 weeks

Keep the dose the same.You will also need to have a AI on hand for bloat like Adex.Also you will need Nova ans Clomid for your pct.READ the pct section on this.You old FARTS down here would do good to come up to the question and answer section for cycle advice.You will find you will get it answered fasted.Oh bye the way I am older than you kids

Age = 40
Height = ?
Weight = ?
Body Fat% = ?
Years lifting = 2?
Cycle experience = (is this your first cycle?)
Knowledge about nutrition = ?

height 6ft
weight 97 kgs
body fat 12%
years lifting 2 now was off for 10 years was sick
did a cycle when 20 years old under supervision of a doctor took anapolon with deca and sustanon 6week course put on 15 kgs of muscle mass
my nutrition knowledge is learning everyday but eat 5 meals a day take a protein shake as one meal
keep my protein to my body weight never exceed 40g at a meal try keep carbs low as old harder to keep off the belly fat take a handful of vitamins and hgh550 USN product also creatine powder take cla 1000mg with hydroxycuts
like to follow the blog of zack king khan enjoyed dorian yates and was an avid follower of arnold lee and sergio
