    nutrojoint

Seems like the pains are migrating from right elbow for about a year to left elbow. Mostly doing curls is the most painful but also back.
I just bought this Nutrojoint stuff. Anyone have any experience with it?

Not here mate. I do take the MSM, and the HA powder as needed. and the annual HA knee injections to kelp keep things lubricated....

.....sometimes the only real cure is reincarnation. shit just wears out after awhile. i've been nursing my knees for longer than i care to admit. all it really does is buys me time. eventually, i will need to replace them puppies. for now, there just going in there and cleaning things up, and a few other minor repairs as needed.

Yea figured it was not going to be any help. Only thing seems to help is to lay off heavy lifting for a couple of days. Not really the direction I want to go.

looking forward to next cycle with deca in a couple months hopefully that will help.

    Thanks Mate

Deca won't help bro! It could make it worse! What you have is "tennis elbow", it's more common in bodybuilding than tennis, we should rename it weight lifters elbow! The tendon that attaches the muscle to the bone becomes frayed or torn or sometimes it actually pops over the condal bone of the elbow! It's most common or hurts more during bicep curls. Try not to supinate, or rotate your hands as much while curling! You should see your orthopedic to make sure it's not torn. If you start deca with a tear it will make it worse! Most of the time an injection of corticosteroid will reduce the inflammation and you'll be as good as new in a couple of weeks!
    Best of luck!

aging is a tough thing. one of the last steps is admitting you can't drive and handing over your keys. and at some point, some of us will need to admit that heavier weights is not better, and take a plate off.

more going on to lifting than muscular strength. no shame in admitting we are human.

i love reverse curls. makes my forarms grow fairly quickly and gain some nice size. but can't right now. been nursing a slow healing "stinger" since october.

Try compression bands like people use for tennis elbow.

thanks to all replies. Pretty sure this is golfers elbow. I am doing strict form on back and bi exercises and it seems to be better. Also Aleve helps.

Shock therapy is actually ultrasonic therapy. The same procedure the use for kidney stones.
It actually inflames the area to give room for healing. It's the latest in sports medicin . They will put u under . It's very painful when you wake up.

pain on the outside of the elbow is tennis and pain on the inside is golf. i had tennis elbow about 2 years ago and can still feel that lil bursa. i think i tore something a long time ago and never let it heal correctly. only thing that helped me was physical therapy. i tried the cortisone shot (works for some) and still do ice when the pain comes on. i hurt for almost a year before doing something about it and regret that.

Listen to lovbyts. use the bands, I've used them since I was a teenager, they work. I wear them allday until it heals then use them just to work out.

deca is very over rated. I used to be so excited before doing deca, and i was very disapointed after i tried it, don't get me wrong while on it, it was great, but after that the pain came back.

This is why i switch to GH taking 2IU right now 5/2.
