There is no point just taking dianabol . If you do not want to inject then you do not want to use! Injection is non toxic. At your height You are very light. I am 5' 8" and 220lbs and 57 years old. I have varied weight from 165lbs to 260 lbs without using anything other than diet and training. I never used AAS till age 50. I used to to overcome a fractured spine. I am stronger now than at any time in the past. Look at diet and training techniques. I think most people kid themselves, big bodybuilders and power lifters are all strong and use heavy weights. 2 to 3 hrs per day. 6 days per week. Eat 6 times per day. You will make gains. regards, John

D-Bol only is not a good idea. Have you considered getting blood work done? You might qualify for TRT. And if that's not an avenue for you, test would be your best bet.
And as mentioned, you should check into your diet first and foremost. Without that, it's all for not. Check out the Nutrition Forum for tips/advice on your diet.
Good Luck and keep us posted.
