Thread over in the Workout Questions forum that might benefit some of this group
My self included. As I age the wear and tear on my joints is catching up with me.
I started a thread do provide info and promote discussion of Kaatsu / Occlusion training.
The scientific literature appears to report very impressive size and strength gains with weights as light as 20% of 1 rep max.
Just thought I would drop a note here in case you folks don't frequent that forum
