40 year old 2nd Test Cycle

Just turned 40. When I was 20 y.o. I did a Dbol cycle and had great results. I was always the stringbean hard gainer in High School. Did my next cycle at 35. This was very light with 250 mg. Test-C for 10 weeks. I gained 20 lbs while on and look fantastic. Ate like a beast and trained like a mad man. Now I am starting the following Cycle.
Stats:
40 Y.O
Weight 202 lbs.
BF: 16%

Test Cyp 500 mg (2 shots 250 mg per week) - 12 weeks
Anavar - Weeks 3-9
HCG - weeks 1-12- 500 IU per week (2 shots per week)
Armidex- 0.25 EOD

PCT- Nova- 40/20/20/20
Clo 50/50/25/25

I have armidex to take during the cycle but I never experienced any issues with with needed it in the last cycle. Yes it was only 250 mg. Should I start the Armidex right away? Any thoughts on the cycle. Anavar, should I do it from the beginning or use it more at the end?

Yes, you need the adex on cycle and yes you can start right away. Most E2 related issues are internal, not external. So don't judge sides by gyno alone. You should also pull complete BW prior to this to include a hormone panel. Main reason is to see current levels and to strive to return to them post cycle. Remember you're 40, not 25 so be careful! It would also be great to pull an E2 panel maybe 4 weeks in to see where your at. Privatemdlabs is worth a look.

When you start the anavar is up to you and opinions vary on it. If it's been 5 years since your last cycle you'd do just fine without it. Especially if nutrition and training are on point as AAS is useless without it. If you run it consider some liver support as an added protector. Yes, it's a mild substance but why not help yourself out.

Thanks guys. BW getting done today. I will post results. I'm on the fence with Anavar . I agree I did so well without it 5 years ago with only 250 mg. I will run AI every other day.

I'll look to get BW done in 4 weeks also.
