41 yr old guy looking to dive I to the deep end of the pool
I am needing some advice. I have been reading on the forums here for a while now doing research so I am not one of the ones that went buy the theory of buy now and figure out later.
I did some competing in my mid to late teens and stayed away from cycling for all the reasons described here.
Now over the years of careers, kids, and by my own admission to much bud light I am 6'4" 265 and probably more body fat than I care to admit.
I read the first time blog and it was informative. What I am wondering is, is the cutting stack advertised on this site do able for a guy like me? With my past, I understand all to well the power of nutrition even though I kinda jumped off that train. My main question is do any of those pills work for a first timer like me getting back in to things.
Sorry long winded. Any help is appreciated.

Great advice. You get many more bad side effects from steroids if you arent in pretty good shape.......

Everything said above is true; but I just wanted to add some more info for clarification. If you are not happy with your current body fat percentage, you will not be happy with the results from AAS. I have done it with 8% BF and 20% BF and I can tell you I was simply frustrated when doing them at 20% BF. Aside from gaining muscle, AAS will put on about 20lbs in water weight, depending on your size and what you are taking. When I am thin and take AAS I love the growth and can handle the water weight. But when I had a few extra pounds I just became depressed and was disgusted with my results. Depending on your personal preference and what you want to look like will certainly make a difference. But if you want to look better, the best thing to do first is to lose some BF. It is just my opinion from past experience but I hope the additional information helps a little bit. Good luck!

I am the black sheep here on all of this. A lot of good advice above, understanding nutrition (or at least being able to do as told on a diet), is one of the foundation cornerstones of being fit and healthy. Percent bodyfat is not a deterrent to strength, power, or becoming the strongest man int he world (Mark Henry). It does however bring up three important points.
1. If you are not eating right now, it is not a snap of the fingers to start eating right. It takes education and a lifestyle change.
2. Understanding AAS and the NEGATIVE (sides) are key to anyone using the substances...skinny or not. To understand sides you have to know where you are now (current bloodwork), correct the issues with medicine (bloodpressure, cholesterol, etc you may find not in spec), then when you DO USE take blood work to see the sides and make adjustments.
3. But the reality of using AAS safely that prohibits 99% of people...they just cannot afford it. If you do not have a medical condition you are overweight because you eat cheap crap food and do not exercise. Eating 4000 calories a day with clean proteins can cost a pretty penny when compared to what you eat now. Doing lab work is not free. AAS are definitely not free. Gym membership is not free.
All in all you are looking at upward 350 USD a week for a beginner cycle. Can you even afford this? Nothing pisses me off more than to hear people who can manage to get the illegal substance in N America but not manage to get bloodwork because they have no true motivation
ALL OF THIS IN CONCLUSION.
If you are lazy now AAS do not make you unlazy
If you do not eat right now Steroids do not make you eat right.
If you cannot read the stickies here how the hell are you going to use the kitchen stove to cook your food?
There is no magic pill.

My advice to you is, stop drinking for 90 days, get your diet clean, and train with weights at least 45min 5 days a week with 30-45 min of cardio after the weights. I did this and lost 50lbs of body fat in 3 months, most of my issues were beer and lack of exercise. There are no magic pills, dedication and discipline are what will get you back. I am 42, 6'6" and 260lb in decent shape, 2.5 years ago I was a fat 300lb and out of shape. I have been busting my azz for the most part of the past 2.5 years.
