    excuse the rant.

    it's always #@#%*^ something.

    i slept on my (good!) shoulder wrong last night and had to back way off on chest today. man... getting old sucks.

    I thought I had injured myself once because my shoulder was all kinda messed up! After visiting a few docs and scans it turned out I had bursitis...

    Hate this man... Plus I've been rolling onto my bad shoulder at night and it's surely starting to take its toll(but it feels so good at first lol. Wake up and the stiffness has set already and it's a battle to get if loose enough to lift...

    Sorry bro, unfortunately, it just doesn't get any better. Hey, take care of that shoulder, total shoulder replacements are not in he same universe as hips and knees.

    Actually Kel, it's barely legible without my reading glasses - a bigger font would be more helpful.

    You can still sleep on your shoulder??

    Start training those f*ckers (and your lats) and you wont be able to sleep on side, fixing the problem.

    No kidding, you guys can sleep on your side??

    I sure cant. Is something wrong with me?

    If I try my under arm will lose the blood supply going numb. Thought it was one the "perks" of being enhanced.

    I can only sleep on my sides. Meaning every morning I wake up with a numb arm and a shoulder that hurts for the majority of the day. I've never been able to sleep on my back. I wish I could.
