Bout to start PCT?

I start my pct tomarrow and im gonna do the 300 day 1 and 100 up to day 21 and I was wondering should I divide up the doses like 50mg in the morn and 50 at nite or take it all at one time. And for the 1st dose do I take that all at one time or divide it up throughout the day?

no need for the 300 dose, just do 100/ed clomid and 20/ed nolva for 30 days. this is according to pheedno the pct guru
