I’ve learned a lot here but I'd like to be clear about everything before I do my first cycle. Ok, so I plan on using Sustanon 250mg two times a week. From what I've learned here, I need estrogen blockers like Proviron , Nolvadex , and for my PCT HCG and Clomid. The cycle will be short, a 5 week cycle but I am a little confused. Am I supposed to take Proviron and Nolvadex together with the Sustanon for the 5 weeks and then 18 days after the last injection begin to use HCG and Clomid? Also for this cycle, when I combine Proviron and Nolvadex are these dosages OK, 50mg Proviron and 20mg Nolvadex a day and for the PCT, 100mg a day of Clomid for the first 5 days and then 50mg a day for the last 5 days? And one more question how much HCG should I use for this cycle? Any general suggestions?

I don't think you quite have enough information. You should not use hcg during PCT. A 5 week cycle is worthless......I would suggest you read up a little more. Good luck
