Help with Tren PCT and HCG

Planning my next cycle, it will be:

Week 1-10: 500mg/week of Test Enth.
Week 1-8: 50mg/day of Tren Ace

I know the basic nolva/clomid PCT and nolva while on cycle, but I heard of people taking T3 as well with Tren. Anyone have thoughts on this? What about dosages?

Also, I suffered BIG time on my last PCT because I didn't take HCG . Plan on taking it this go-around, but unsure of where to purchase it. My source? Online?
