Workouts on PCT
Don't know if this belongs on the PCT Forum, or the Workout Forum.
Once your cycle has ended and you're on PCT (whatever that means for you) what changes do you make to your workout frequency and intensity to minimize loss of gains? Do you lower the total number of sets for each body part? How about maintaining intensity? Do you need more "skip" days? Should I cut down on cardio to avoid becoming catabolic?
(My PCT is pretty standard six weeks of Nolvadex and Clomid.)

I make no changes to my workouts at all........ the only changes I make are to my diet. I try to get an extra 500 calories a day in
