what to run for PCT?

i just finished up my first cycle of test e 500mg per week for 12 weeks...what pct should i use

1-4 nolva 20mg ED
1-4 clomid 50mg ED ??

that should do fine. some people like myself recover better with 100mgs/day on the clomid. and some that run 50mgs day, load up the first couple days with 200-300mgs. you dont have to do it the whole time but towards the end of your pct if you dont feel your sex drive is coming back you may want to add tribulus to help a bit.
