to dex or nor to dex

i am 28 5'9 196 lbs. 15 years training 2 cycles done in the past and i have a great diet. i will be running weeks 1-10 500mg's omna weeks 6-12 winny 50mg tabs ed. pct clomi 100/ tamox 20 during days 1-30 starting 18 days after last omna a 24 hours after last winny. should i run l-dex during weeks 1-pct? i am concerned about bloat with the omna my bf is 9%

PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

kale thanks for your automated response, but you don't think l-dex during cycle of omna would be beneficial?

Bro if you are worried about bloat and are prone to it, L-dex would be an excellent addition to the cycle. Sorry I misread the post !!!

If you are prone then look at .5mg ED throughout, if not (like me) do 0.25mg ED. It works a treat

i have read many conflicting threads about l-dex during pct some say it is a must and some say that it diminishes the effects of nolva/clomi? don't know what to think.....help!
