    looking help for sustanon pct

    hi..i'm a newbie. i'm on 250mg/week sustanon cycle. and i had my 2nd shot yesterday. when should i start taking nolvadex for my pct? i really appreciate replies.. thanks..

    Start PCT 18 days after your last Sust injection. Do this

    PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
    Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
