This good PCT 4 SD?

Adex .5 for 2wks
Nolvadex 20mg for 4wks
Tribulus & Tongkat for 4wks

do i need the adex?

i would go with nolva, 40mg for week one, then 20mg for the remainder of pct. also i would go with tribulus OR tongkat. preferrably tongkat, but trib also works well when run between 4-5g per day. i would leave the adex out. but thats jmo.

I would leave the adex out. Superdrol negatively effects your blood lipid profile. Adex suppresses enough estrogen that it can, also, have a negative effect on blood lipids. Run the nolva at 40mg for the first two weeks and lower to 20mg for the last two weeks; only if you feel like your natural test is returning.
Lose the trib and take the tongkat at 800-1200mg. This will help your libido issues you might have with PCT.

After PCT, you could run the Adex at 0.5mg for 4 weeks. This will nearly double test levels without being suppressive.

Can you return the bottle?

You do not have to run that high of a dose unless you have libido issues, during PCT. In the future, it would be better to buy some of the powder of e - bay and cap it. It will save you some cash.
