SD and TongKat

Would there be any negative effects of starting Tongkat while still on SD and continuing it during pct if libido needed a boost?

or should tongkat only be run during pct?

I through it in every once in a while during cycle, especially the day before I plan on some marathon sex. Just use a good brand (Red Kat) and cycle 5 on/2 off.

yeah i read about 5days on 2off.....i believe in one of papi's logs he had to go 7 days on for max effectivness

Look up Nptadude (fellow member). He has posts promoting the benefits of tongkat ali for on-cycle use. He believes it is a weaker herbal version of HCG . You can also go to anabolic -research.com and look for the uses for tongkat ali thread. That would probably be faster.

great post on the other board....are there any downsides to taking tongkat for too long?

u said u take 2 redkat pills a day......spread out or together?

Not that I know of.

It has an active life of 8 hours so spread them out.
