help plz for pct

age:26 height:1.80m weight: 80 kg i ve been training from 3.5 years and i d like to have some gain. i did some research about steroid and i red the newbie cycle in your site so i d like to do this :

note: i split this cycle by 2 ( to be more safe)
Cycle 1:
1 – 10 Enan 250mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 5 mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

1-the problem i cant find L_dex here i this country where i live, so can i run
this cycle without L-dex ( nolvadex cant privent alone without L-dex
GYNO ) .

2-do i need to take HCG ingection , if i need plz tell me how.

3- i have some suplement named live protection can i use it. thx 4 any help

Yes you can, in fact you dont need to run any at all, just have it on hand in case you get symptoms

No, only need this if your balls start to shrink a lot

Yes you can but your liver wont be affected by injectable Test

sorry kale i want to split your cycle by 2 ( not for untrust ) but u know i am the first time using ASS.
if i do 250 test E / week and 100 deca /week ( i know its a very low dose, next cycle i will do the dose normal bcoz i want to test my body with ASS )
i will split also the dose of NOLVADEX and CLOMID ( 5 mg nolvadex and 100 clomid ) or keep it the same 10mg and 100mg for 30 day .

I hope ur diet is in check in the first place.
Nolva is used to prevent gyno probs by blocking estrogen, on the other hand l-dex or arimidex or letrozole does not block estrogen but eliminate it.
It's safer to run one of these drugs to avoid any estrogen rebound which can happen even after cycle, cause if you get along with nolvadex only you don't eliminate the possibility of a rebound.
I don't see any danger of gyno or other symptoms in the dosages you want to run, but this doesn't mean u should use this low dose of nolva. Just go with 10 mg ED.
I won't try to change ur mind regarding test and deca dosages, but after cycle u will realize that u should start with the recommented newbie cycle dosages.
First time i used AAS i made some great gains with 500mg test /week and 400mg Deca/week and i had almost no sides (just some water retention). On these dosages the possibility of sides exists but it's not something to worry about once u use your anti-e and your aromatase inhibitor.

Thats not a good idea, the Test will take five weeks plus to start working. Just do 500mg a week from the beginning, I can assure yoiur your body will be fine

And also 100mg of Deca a week wont do anything, you have to run at least 300 to 400mg a week to get anything out of it IMO.

Just keep nolva in hand in case of gyno.
Also don't tapper ur dosages! that will make ur blood level go crazy causing more sides, u need to keep them stable.
You should go all the way till the end of ur cycle using the same dosage

Also what test are u going to use?
Test should be run 2 weeks more than deca ...just in case.

Yes it OK to run Nolvadex at 10mg ED if you want its entirely up to you.

that's why i asked earlier what test u will be using..i wanted to give u some info on pct start times

Ok u started a thread and now ur not replying
Anyway
for test e (which i believe u said ur gonna shoot) pct (nolva at 20mg) starts 3 weeks after last administration of test
ur pct should be run for about 3-4 weeks.
also u may want to run hcg with nolva..that's a good combo for pct.
Check out the pct section to get an idea of what a pct should look like.
find what seems better for u and follow it.

Doesnt matter much just make sure its the same time each day. I do it first thing in the morning
