Should DHEA not be taken during PCT?

I was wondering if it is a good idea or a bad idea to take DHEA to aid in recovery during PCT. Since it is a "mother hormone" I thought it may help to give my body a base chemical to produce all of the hormones which are surely going to be going crazy since im in PCT.

However, I was wondering if it would actually be counter-productive for my recovery.

It is superior to tribulus. Tribulus actually converts into DHEA. Why not eliminate the middle man? It is not suppressive on natural test levels.

I prefer tongkat ali over dhea or tribulus.
