PCT help for this cycle please..

Hey fellas....im 190 at 5'10 at about 11% bodyfat. im starting:

Tren 75mg eod 10 weeks
sust 750mg a week 10 weeks
winni 45mg a day for ten weeks
arimidex at .25mg a day for ten weeks

my question is when to use the hcg , clomid and or Nolva? Ive screwed up PCT in the past ...it sucks and its a waste of money. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would say read some of the stickies to get ideas as everyone does it differently, I would personally use an AI and a SERM in your PCT and if you want you can use HCG as well for PCT or the time off between your last shot and when PCT starts.

Arimidex or aromasin is a good choice for an AI.
Clomid and nolva is a good combo for SERM's.
And HCG you can run at say 250-500iu ed for a few weeks.

i see.....yeah everyone does it different it seems. So you would use the hcg towards the end and the arimidex as well? Wouldn't the arimidex be better during the cycle for more solid gains? thanks for the help

Ya man you can use arimidex during cycle and for PCT. No problems with that at all. HCG I tend to use during PCT as well, really its up to you, in the end its not gonna make a big difference either way, your cycle isnt too long so you prolly dont need to worry about using HCG during. Just run it afterwards imo.

Bino, Are you saying to use clomid and HCG? Seems like I read where it wasn't a good idea. Also, can Proviron be useful as the PCT AI along with Nolva?

I'm thinking running HCG, Proviron & Nolva for PCT for a Prop/Tren cycle. Opinions?
