    PCT and rotator cuff pain, help

    While on cycle my shoulder pain was minimal. Now, without the extra water in my body due to PCT and being off cycle, my shoulder is killing me from rotator cuff. It is a very old injury (10 years +)

    Just putting my shirt on hurts.

    Please help.

    i'am not sure what to say mate.

    it happens to the best of us it dose i pick up slight injurys on cycle and i never know till i come off then i get little twinger's.
