PCT for 12 test E, Dianabol

weeks 1-12 400mgs *weekly* Test E
weeks 1-4 20mgs a day Dianabol

This is going to be my first cycle. Trying to figure out what would be a reasonable PCT to run. Thx for the help in advance.

okay ill give u a rough one cuz im not an expert, but i know the basics. first of all, id run an AI the whole time, ur estros gunna be high from test and dbol combined. 2nd, 14 days after last injection of test, start Nolva at 40 mg for 2 weeks, then 20 mg for 2 more. you could combine clomid if you want, but it gives me terrible sides. if ur nuts shurnk alot, use hcg right b4 u start pct at like 500 iu's every 3 days for no longer than 3 weeks total.

what would be the dose and frequency of taking proviron for AI during the cycle?

you could do either 50 mg or 100, however I would do 50, u need some estrogen to bulk. plus i think ur dick would be hurting with 100 mg of proviron , it raises ur sex drive like a mofo

PCT is relatively the same for all steroids .

There really is no special way to take it from one steroid to the next.

If your going to run an AI during cycle do not take it with a SERM until your last couple days. The overlap allows a more stable esrtogen level.

You don't have to take an AI during cycle. An AI is not pct but rather helps control the estrogen levels and prevent bitch titties.

Start your PCT (which should include 20mg/day of Nolva and 50mg/day of Clomid) 18 days after last injection for 6 weeks.

Stop taking the AI at this time too.

lavinco got it right. id follow that. soem people do 300 mg their first clomid day tho i dont recommend it. 50's fine while others prefer 100 the first week or 2
