    M1T pct

    hey my buddys on his last week of m1t he has nolva and anamail stack and gnc T3 how should he use this for his pct? how many mg/day of nolva and for how long? thanks

    20mg a day for 4-6 weeks would be ok. I would also use clomid or a good AI though. Nolva alone isnt the best idea imo.
