pct help please

my last cycle i used nolva and clomid for pct and didnt have much success. my new cycle is going to look something like this:

test e- wks 1-16 250mg on mon and thurs
eq- wks 1-14 300mg mon thurs
winny- wks 1-6 75mg ed

any ideas for pct? thanks alot guys.

okay, i have a few ideas now...tell me what you think

hcg 250iu every 5th day during cycle
arimidex .25 ed
nolva 10mg ed
2wks after last shot would start pct at nolva 20mg ed wks 1-4
clomid wks 1-2 100mg ed, then drop to 50mg ed last 2 weeks

should hcg be increased to ed around last 5 weeks of cycle and run throughout pct? any ideas would be a big help!

Are you saying your pct didn't work at all for you to keep your gains...

i kept most of my gains. just had trouble getting my natural test levels back to normal. i was taking deca , sustanon and dbol . i just dont want to have so much trouble this time getting off of the cycle and getting everythingworking again normally..
