Which of these two cycles is best for 1st timer??

First off, I am a newbie, but I've really tried to take all of you guys advice and not ask too many questions before doing a lot of research and I've learned a lot. I am about to start my first cycle and have come across two that seemed very similar, but was wondering if you guys could help me decide which one is best and if there is anything you would do differently, and any additional advice you may have for me......thanks a lot! I also was wondering about acne, is that more than likely going to be a problem? And do you recomend HCG ? Thanks again for all your help.......

I'm 40, 6'2", 180#, about 16% bf

week 1 - 10 Test Enan 500mg/wk
week 1 - 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
week 1 - 12 Arimidex .25 mg ED

pct starting at week 12
Day 1 300mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolva, .25 mg Arimidex
Day 2 to 30, 100 mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva, .25mg Arimidex
Day 31 to 37, 20 mg Nolva, .25mg Arimidex

week 12, 40 mg Nolva plus 100 mg Clomid daily
week 13, 30 mg Nolva plus 50 mg Clomid daily
week 14, 20 mg Nolva plus 50 mg Clomid daily

cycle 1 but I would drop the nolva during cycle, it is not needed with arimidex .

would I need to do the Nolva during the pct or drop it there as well? And I have had someone reccomend Dbol every day for the first four weeks at 30mg/day.....how about that?
