PCT Dosage and Timing

Ok, so I have my PCT all sorted out but now i have only two questions, Do I take all my "Stuff" ED at the same time, all together or do I split the doses?? Second, Are PCT Pills best taken on a full or empty stomach?? These maybe stupid questions but I know those two things are a big part of most medications taken everyday and can really affect how well they work. Thanks in advance I LOVE THIS SITE!!!

i try to take mine about the same time ed ABOUT. not absoulte nesceery but i do. also i dont bother splitting dosages i just take them all at once

I always split them throughout the day.........nolva in the morning and afternoon , and clomid the same way if the dosage is high,or in the evening if I only take 50mg ....and the AI in the morning as well
