So how much of AI should i be taking ???? And what amounts and how often???

Well i usualy do letro at 0.25mg/ED but for the l-dex im not 100% sure. From what i read its 0.25 to 0.50mg/day. Do a search on the dose and im sure you will find it.

l-dex is a better option than letro as the sides arnt as harsh and it does the same job. 0.25mg ED is fine
