I need ur advice guys!

Planning to run my 1st cycle in Jan consisting of Test E and EQ at 500mg/400mg per week for 12 weeks.

The plan is to run Adex at .25/.5 ED the full 12weeks, Nolva & HCG for PCT.

- Now does that generally look ok?

- I guess Nolva at 20mg ED for 4weeks (12-16) is ok - right?... but how do I go about the HCG ... starting point/dose/duration/intervals??

You dont want to run HCG for PCT, you might want to run it up until you start your PCT. Look at the stickies for Anthony roberts and swale, youll get the idea
