    gains after cycle question

What do you guys think? When you lose a portion of your gains after cycle, does it mostly occur during PCT, or do you feel that it is hard to hold on to gains even after PCT even with proper diet and training? Just looking for a little feedback...

    Thanks,
    MS

For myself its hard during PCT. I was only doing the Clomid and Nolva for my last two cycles, it went well but i could tell I was coming off cycle. This timw im going to run HCG with nolva to see if I can speed things up and skip the "becoming lazy, tired, moody" stages.

The most common mistake during PCT which will cause a loss in gains is not eating enough. You are not longer taking gear and most people lose that drive that they have while on.

A lot of it is psychological, I think. In my last PCT I hadn't really lost much size, but I noticed a HUGE loss in strength. It's a big psychological letdown to see yourself busting your ass and getting -weaker-. It's easy to get frustrated and down on yourself and just mentally give up and have crap workouts. That's when you lose the size.

It is in your head. When I was done my pct which was recent I lost a small amount of weight (mostly water) which brought out the definition of some muscle which is awesome. On top of that I am still making gains. I cannot stress how important it is to work just as hard if not harder then while on your cycle and EAT !
