Everyone who uses AAS needs to have a PCT
(clomid, nolvadex , hcg , ect.)
It is highley recommended to have your PCT in place before you start your cycle. However most people do not realize that NOLVADEX isnt to be taken unless signs of gyno occur. It is not automatically taken following the cycle as clomid and hcg are. A COMPLETELY POST cycle therapy example with signs of gyno would be... (if signs of gyno dont occur do not take the Nolva!)

HCG 500IU's e3d, for 20 days (start 3 days b4 last aas shot)
PCT (start after HCG)
Day 1: Clomid 300mg, Nolva 40mg
Day 2-11 Clomid 100mg, Nolva 40mg
Day 12-15 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 40mg
Day 16-21 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 20mg
Day 22-29 Nolva 20mg

Actually if you had to choose between Nolva and Clomid, it should be nolva. As it requires more of clomid to do what nolva does in only 20mg. Plus nolva doesn't have the emotional sides that clomid does, not to mention some vision issues. I have never expierenced the vision issues, but I did have the emotional issues, and those suck.

clomid is used to kickstart your test again. nolva is used to prevent gyno by blocking estrogen. u need both in your pct. but do not take the nolva unless u have gyno symptoms!

because clomid increase sprem production
nolva increases by limiting estro testosterone
hcg taken before pct replaces, kickstart LH in the testes..

Nolvadex also has some important features for the steroid using athlete. In hypogonadic and infertile men given nolvadex, increases in the serum levels of LH, FSH, and most importantly, testosterone were all observed (2)(3). The best (rough) estimate I can give you from my research is that 20mgs of Nolvadex will raise your testosterone levels about 150% (5)...and this would of course greatly aid post-cycle-recovery. What this means to us is that if you take Nolvadex after a cycle, when you are trying to raise your levels of testosterone , LH, and FSH back to normal, it will greatly aid recovery. In fact, if I were limited to just one compound to aid me in post-cycle-recovery, Nolvadex would be my choice. If you want a comparison, it would require 150mgs of Clomid to accomplish that type of elevation in testosterone, but nolvadex also significantly increased the LH (Leutenizing Hormone) response to LHRL (5), after 6 weeks.
