    confused

    Ok i have read the def's of SERMS and AI but i really cant tell the difference still. They both seem to block estrogen in there own ways? PLEASE PLEASE someone dumb it down for me.

    let me put it that way. lets say you have an army of soldiers and Serms/AI's are your enemies, ok! an AI will finish/kill all your soldiers leaving only few alive in the field, a Serm doesnt kill the soldiers but has the power to make them put down their weapons and make them not fight, making them useless for what they are. get it? & serms and Ai's do far more than that.

    and obviously by soldiers i meant estrogen

    serm is an estrogen blocker, doesnt allow estro to do its work, does not lower estrogen levels

    AI actually lowers your estrogen levels
