    When its best to take nolva

    Hey guys, i know that HCG you have to take it 14 days affter, do i start Nolvadex on the same day? Also, whens the best to take nolva? When i wake up or before i slp?

    I take nolva at 7 o' clock in the afternoon... It just fits into my schedule better... I don't think it really matters when you take it!
