PCT after test e

Hello all this is my 1st mild cycle in 12 years the 1st cycle I did not do a pct so,I been reading that it helps on your way back down...I am 35 185lbs 16%bf cycling test-e 275ml @ 1ml a week for 12 weeks ..I was told to do more but it's all I got for now ...what do u guy's feel i need post cycle...and how much.....I'm in my 7th week now....to tell the truth I am very happy with how I look @1ml ...thanks

there are many pct protocols that you can run, personally id run the basic clomid+nolva pct for a test only cycle.

300mg first two days... then 100 mg for 12 days.... 50 mg for 14 more days along with nolva at 50mg a day for 4 weeks... you should be good...

i agree with the clomid, but personally wouldnt run the nolv. at 50mgs for four weeks. i think that 20mgs for four weeks should be more than sufficient. running nolv at that high doesn't really have much added benefit. just my 2cents
