Onset of Gyno??

I don't know if I'm getting it or not, but I noticed that my nipples seem to get very erect after taking D-bols. So, I started keeping a close eye on them and now I can feel a little bit of a lump right behind the erect part. They are not sensitive or sore and there is no itchyness, but I'm concerned that it could be the onset of gyno. I started taking .5 mg of Liquidex everyday, three days ago. I figured I'd keep it at .5 mg until the lumps went away and then reduce it to .25 until the end of my cycle (I'm in week 3 of a 4 week D-bol / 10 week Test cycle).
I guess my question is, how long should I give the Liquidex before I jump it up to Letro? I really don't want to use Letro unless I have to.

Oh and I forgot, should I split the Liquidex dose in two. I've been taking 2 squirts in the morning and 3 squirts in the evening. Is that Ok, or would it be better to just take 5 squirts all at once?
