When is PCT "done"?
How do you know when PCT is done and you are back to "normal"? Is there any way to tell without blood work? What is a key sign for most people?

Blood work is the best way, but I can gauge by sex drive. When my sex drive comes back after pct I know I'm approaching normal for me.

And how long does that normally take for you?

a good typical protocol is time on+pct=time off, so for instance if you ran a 12 week cycle and a 4 week pct, you would then take an additional 16 weeks off and you should be approaching normal if everything else is in check.

Okay. Just trying to gage if the "fun" I'm having now with PCT fits with the experience of others. Thanks.

on my worst pct I felt like a woman, emotional, moody, etc. Most of the time however on pct I pretty much feel like myself minus sex drive.
