Nolva 20mg or 40mg??

I was reading Anthony Roberts PCT suggestion. He says nolva at 20mg everyday raises t- levels 150% and doing anymore of one thing is not good so simply ad more stuff, hcg and aromasin ...

My question is 40mg would raise your Test levels obviously more, but even though I would not rely solely on the nolva for PCt would running it at a higher dose backfire?

Im basically saying if 40mg will help me retain more gains even though I might not be getting an extra 150% increase and maybe only an extra 50% increase it would be worth it to me. Can anyone comment on this???

From my research, there is not much benefit from using more than 20mg's, so that is what I use with an AI and HCG . If you were doing Nolva alone, you might want to use more, ie 40mgs ED. If you are using Nolva w/ aromasin and HCG, then you could probably get away with 20 mgs ED. It also depends on what your cycle consisted of. For example if you had tren or deca in there, you could probably benefit with more.

IMO, using 40mgs will probalby not help you keep much more gains than 20mgs as long as you were using the other compounds mentioned above. continuing to work out properly, diet, and rest would make more of a difference IMO...
