hey guys any of you guys have any experience on these 2 products....

as im tossing up between the 2 , cheers

- just an aside, Bodybuilder Dave Palumbo, really suggests NoT pinning the quads, too many nerves there i think, off the top of my head. as in he was vehemently against it. It's on yt somewhere.
